Every Mateefy product is Customized and made for our special customers. Expect a processing time of 2-5 business days after you place your order. Once shipped, it typically takes 3-5 business days to reach you.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the US may take a little longer.
Our shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and vary based on your products and location.
We partner with various print partners across the US, all located in different states. So if your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped individually.
Don’t worry if you receive one item before the others. Your remaining items are on their way, and we’ll send you separate shipping notifications for each one.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking your order is as easy as pie! Visit the Track My Order page and enter your tracking number or your order’s number along with either your email or phone number. From there, you can access detailed tracking information, a live tracking map, and more.
Your tracking page might take up to 72 hours to update. It’s part of the four-step process that your package goes through: Pre-transit, In Transit, Out For Delivery, and Delivered.
We’ll also send you email notifications as your order progresses, so you always know exactly where your package is.
Don’t panic! USPS sometimes updates a shipment as “Delivered” prematurely, so kindly wait up to 24 hours.
If your package still doesn’t show up, check with your neighbors or your local post office. If you still can’t locate it, please contact our Customer Support Team, and we’ll be glad to assist.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are uniquely customized for each customer, we only accept returns and replace orders that are faulty or damaged. Please reach out to our Support Team within 30 days of receiving your order if this is the case.
If the product you received is damaged, faulty, or differs from what you ordered, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that we can’t compensate for personalized products if low-quality photos were uploaded or there were typographical errors in the custom name, number, or quote.
Contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following information: Order Number and video or photo(s) of the faulty product.
If you’d like a replacement, please provide a shipping address.
If your order was returned to us, it’s likely due to an incorrect or insufficient address. We use a USPS address validation tool to prevent this, but the ultimate responsibility lies with you when providing your address. Make sure you include any necessary details like your Apt, Unit, Lot, etc.

Yes! You have a 3-hour window after placing your order to reach out to our customer support team for any changes or cancellations.
After this period, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to accommodate your request, as we aim to start processing orders as soon as they’re received.
If your order is taking longer than our estimated delivery time and you wish to cancel it, please reach out to our customer support team. We’ll do our best to assist you. However, if your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

Nope! We style T-shirts in photos to give you style inspiration, but they won’t come tied or with the sleeves rolled up. Feel free to style it however you’d like!
