Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All of our products are customized and Handmade, meaning there is a processing time before your order is shipped out. The processing time is typically between 2-5 business days, during which we print and prepare your order for shipping.

2. Shipping Time

Our standard shipping times for orders within the United States are 3-5 business days. However, orders with more than 3 items may take slightly longer to ship. Additionally, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional business days. The shipping time for orders shipping to Canada is typically 7-21 business days.

4. Shipping and Tax Fees

Please note that shipping and tax fees are not included in the product’s price and are calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping Carriers

For orders within the United States, we ship with USPS. If the order contains four or more T-shirts or includes sweatshirt(s), we use DHL as the middleman, who then hands the package over to USPS for the final delivery. For orders shipping to Canada, we use Asendia.

6. Order Tracking

Customers can track their orders by visiting our order tracking page or by using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

7. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please get in touch with us within 3 hours of placing your order so we can accommodate your request.

8. Separate Shipments

Please note that some items, such as tumblers or tote bags, may take longer to print and will be shipped separately from the rest of your order.

9. Shipping Delays

We understand that shipping times are important to our customers, but we do not have direct control over the shipping process as it depends on the carrier and other factors. As a result, we are not responsible for any delays in shipment. However, if your package has not arrived within 8 business days since it was shipped, please contact us, and we will work on a solution for you.

10. Customs and Import Taxes (for Canada)

Customers in Canada are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their orders and any delays caused by customs processing.
